“The League” provides kids a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact/ continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork and football. The 2nd/3rd and 4th/5th grade leagues will play on Friday nights while the Kindergarten/1st grade league will play on Saturday morning.

FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE FORMAT:
Athletes will participate in a 20-minute practice followed by a league game.
The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
In this 5v5 game, the offensive team has 4 downs to score in this fast pace all action league. Running and passing plays are allowed. The defensive team covers receivers, rushes the passer, and grabs flags to make “tackles.”
Each player receives a team jersey.
