Terms and Conditions:
- Rental fees will be paid prior to field/cage use.
- Refunds/discounts for tardiness will not be provided.
- Pre-Payments & deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, with timely notice, we will allow your club to use these funds towards future bookings.
- Teams/groups will enter and exit the playing surface at the correct start ad finish time.
COVID CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT POLICY: NO REFUNDS will be given from the result of any government order, executive order, or management decision that results in the closure of our facility to preserve the safety of its occupants. A FULL FUTURE CREDIT will be given for all classes/rentals missed due to said closures.
If your team is shut down due to being quarantined, TCS will work with your team on adding that practice back in at the end of the winter season (per your team contract). If this occurs more than once, please contact TCS to discuss.
